Abstract

This research is entitled “The Image of Femme Fatale in Final Girl Film (2015): Feminism Approach”, it focuses on the characteristics of the femme fatale and the portrayed of the main character in Final Girl film. The aims of the research is to describe the characteristics of femme fatale and the portrayed of the main character in Final Girl film by analyzing the dialogue, and the expression of the character. The characteristics of the femme fatale used in this research by Yvonne Tasker, Patrick Bade, Kathrine Farrimond, and Virginia Allen. The research uses descriptive qualitative method to obtain and describe the data. The source of data is Final Girl film directed by Tyler Shield, then the data collecting technique of this research is documentation and the data analyzing method is descriptive by Kumar. The result of the research is shows that the main character of this film used her beauty and sexy body to seduce the bad men to defeat them, the research also examines how the main character is portrayed.
