Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work motivation on employee work discipline at Permai Hotel Pekanbaru. In this study the authors used data analysis with Quantitative methods, namely data that can be calculated in the form of numbers obtained through questionnaires on respondents or the employee itself, and consists of Primary data and Secondary data. The results of the study based on regression analysis found that there was an effect of work motivation on employee work discipline positive correlation coefficient means having a unidirectional relationship. The better the motivation possessed by an employee, the higher the work discipline of the employee. Conversely, if the employee's work motivation is low then the work discipline will also be low, therefore the company leader, especially the hotel game will still provide motivation to employees to be able to improve work discipline
