Abstract
The development of the culinary business in the city of Pekanbaru is an interesting thing to discuss. Currently the culinary business is a very promising business, this is because the population of Pekanbaru city is very heterogeneous, so diverse food needs are needed. To see in more detail how the performance of culinary business entrepreneurs is used survey to business managers and also the data is collected using a questionnaire on a sample of entrepreneurs as many as 100 respondents taken by purposive random sampling and data analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the culinary business entrepreneur's performance can be categorized quite well, it turns out that information is obtained that the biggest dimension is effectiveness and quality. While the smallest dimension is quantity and independence.
