Abstract
The Indonesian Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit in Pekanbaru City is a private institution that helps the government and the community in supplying blood. Blood is collected from various elements of society and then given to patients who need both government and private hospitals. But there is a problem in the administration of administration that is still unclear communication between patients and employees in terms of funding. Then the lack of blood stock and not all donors are active. Therefore it is necessary to conduct research using Crisyanti's theory (2011) with indicators of organization, management, communication, information, personnel, finance, supplies and social relations. Then a qualitative descriptive analysis is performed. From the research conducted, it is known that the administration at the Pekanbaru City Blood Transfusion Unit Office has been running. But it still needs to be made efforts to improve in order to become better. These efforts are the clarity of the use of health facilities, the placement of companion officers for patients' families who need blood and routine schedules in counseling activities.
