Abstract

Desa Simpang Kubu merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di daerah kawasan bantaran sungai Kampar yang secara administratif berada dalam wilayah Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau. Kondisi tebing sungai, ada yang sudah diberi perkuatan dan ada yang masih alami. Kondisi tebing sungai yang masih alami mengalami pengikisan secara terus-menerus, sehingga makin lama jarak tebing sungai dengan daerah permukiman dan fasilitas umum semakin dekat. Jika hal ini tidak menjadi perhatian dan dibiarkan terus-menerus oleh pengambil kebijakan maka daerah permukiman masyarakat dan fasilitas umum tersebut akan hilang, ikut terkikis dan terbawa oleh longsor. Karena itu perlu dipertimbangkan untuk membangun pengaman tebing. Masalah penelitian adalah analisis stabilitas lereng sungai Kampar di desa Simpang Kubu dengan metode Simplified Bishop sehingga bidang gelincir dapat ditentukan secara akurat. Tempat penelitian adalah bantaran sungai Kampar yang berada di desa Simpang Kubu, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau. Waktu penelitian dimulai dari bulan Agustus 2015, berakhir pada bulan Januari 2016. Berdasarkan data-data yang diperoleh dan kemudian dianalisis dengan memakai formulasi yang digunakan pada metode Simplified Bishop maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa bidang gelincir untuk lereng sungai Kampar yang berada di Desa Simpang Kubu berberntuk busur dengan jari-jari (R)10 meter dan nilai faktor keamanan (Fs)sebesar 1,78 mendekati nilai yang diisyaratkan. ========================================================= Simpang Kubu village is one of the villages in the area along the kampar river region that is administratively located in the district of Kampar, Riau Province. The condition of the riverbank, there already were strengthening and there are still natural. Cliff conditions in river canyon eroded continuously. So the distance between the river bank with residential areas and public facilities ever closer. If this is not a concern and allowed to continue by policy makers, the public residential areas and public facilities will be lost, participate eroded and carried away by landslides. Therefore needs to be considered to establish the safety of the cliff. Issue of this study is the slope stability analysis Kampar river in the village of Simpang Kubu with Bishop Simplified method are technically suitable for use so that the landslide plane can be determined accurately. Where the research is the Kampar river banks located in the village of Simpang Kubu, Kampar, Riau Province. When the study started from August 2015, ended in January 2016. Based on the data obtained and then analyzed using a formulation that is used in the method of Simplified Bishop it could be concluded that the landslide plane to the slopes of the Kampar river in the village of Simpang Kubu berberntuk arc with a radius (R)of 10 meters and the value of the safety factor (fs)of 1,78 close to the value implied.
