Abstract

Produktivitas pekerjaan pemasangan keramik lantai harusnya menjadi perhatian bagi pelaksana konstruksi sebab hasil yang dikerjakan tergantung dari keterampilan dan kemampuan tukang keramik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menentukan tingkat produktivitas tukang keramik dalam pekerjaan pasangan keramik lantai bangunan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Nilai produktivitas yang diperoleh adalah : tukang 1 sebesar 0,0420 m2/menit; kenek 1 sebesar 0,0394 m2/menit; tukang 2 sebesar 0,0368 m2/menit; kenek 2 sebesar 0,0347 m2/menit; tukang 3 sebesar 0,0290 m2/menit; kenek 3 sebesar 0,0277 m2/menit; tukang 4 sebesar 0,0280 m2/menit; kenek 4 sebesar 0,0265 m2/menit; tukang 5 sebesar 0,0283 m2/menit; kenek 5 sebesar 0,0265 m2/menit. ================================================== Productivity of work of tiling the floor should be a concern for the contractor because the result depends on the skills and abilities ceramist. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of productivity ceramist taking into account of the work achieved and to determine the factors that affect productivity in the work ceramist ceramic couple floors of the building. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Productivity values obtained are : ceramist 1 of 0,0420 m2/min; conductor 1 of 0,0394 m2/min; ceramist 2 of of 0,0368 m2/min; conductor 2 of 0,0347 m2/min; ceramist 3 of 0,0290 m2/min; conductor 3 of 0,0277 m2/min; ceramist 4 of 0,0280 m2/min; conductor 4 of 0,00265 m2/min; ceramist 5 of 0,0283 m2/min; conductor 5 of 0,0265 m2/min.
